I bought an Ambassador rise/recline chair from Balba. I had seen this chair in a local supplier but their price was considerably dearer so I looked online and found his website which was easy to follow. I placed the order by phone and Balba was most helpful. The chair was delivered today. My home has very small rooms and it needed a heavy piece of furniture to be moved to allow the chair components in. The gentleman who delivered the chair moved, then replaced the item, with no fuss. He was very polite, and cheerful despite the weather. He also wore a mask which reassured me. Chair was erected and fully demonstrated before he left. Altogether an extremely productive experience and I highly recommend that you use this firm.

I spent a long time deciding which chair to buy,having decided the Cosi chair ambassador was the one for me I set about finding the best price.
It must have been my lucky day as smart mobility was the cheapest by a long way, so thinking the service would be rubbish I phone, how wrong I was , the service was as good as the price.so don’t wast your time just phone smart mobility.
