• The competitor must be an established Mobility dealer/ Retailer. The price promise excludes all products sold via online auctions. The item must a new and not used or ex display ,sold with a manufacturers warranty
• The competitor’s web site must be genuine UK hosted and registered web site we will not attempt to beat prices from web sites hosted on free web space.
• We reserve the right to confirm the competitor’s price and offer.
• The competitor’s price has to be clearly advertised on their web site, we will not normally attempt to beat any promotional price or any price offered to you as a one off deal.
• We will only attempt to beat the prices from a list of our known competitors; we will however consider competitors not in our known list. We will reserve the right to refuse an attempt to beat the price of any competitor not in our known list.
• We will only attempt to beat the price of like for like basis.
